Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

This Bertucci's is a standout from all the others we have visited over the years. Thle one and only reason it is not 5 stars is for the unbearably loud music, blasting a strange mix of pop, cartoon themes and possibly original music. Asked twice to turn it down, which the nice server said they did - though that's what I thought she said as it was still so loud I didn't really hear her. The food is really good, service is excellent, kept the glasses filled and the table neat. The room is quite pretty, too. The chain has had some tough times and I have been in a couple that were truly awful, but this particular one always did a solid job. I was there for a business lunch, which we cut short simply because of the din from the music.

So disappointed. Wont be back ever. Overpriced mediocre pasta dishes. Undercooked pizza with funky tasting mozzarella. No longer have dinner side salads.....boo bertuccis boo.

It was fine, but I don't know why you would eat at a chain when there are so many great independent restaurants around.

Failed on a door dash order. Missed an entire pizza. The hamster (as called by the manager) ingnored me at pick up for about 5 minutes when I when to collect the missed pizza. But it's a chain so chain food is chain food, all relatively nice Italian food.

Bertucci's is awesome. Great pizza, love the free rolls. Some locations are weak but this one is solid

This restaurant went from a pleasant neighborhood restaurant to becoming a truck-stop. Rough manners, obnoxious behavior and outdated music is the new standard.

This restaurant is awful, we went there for dinner with some friends and the food was gross, one of my friend order a risotto and they brought cold, my daughter order a pasta, when she tried it taste so weird like lemon flavor, we called the manager and he said they prep the food in the morning to serve for dinner? I had never heard that a restaurant prepare food eight hours before to serve to the customers, this is so disgusting. Good thing we only had few bites of that awful food, cause we got scare to get sick, even thought our stomach wasn't okay after that. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely a spot worth visiting, the food is great and fresh, the cost is convenient and it is constantly clean there. 5 stars.

Good atmosphere and staff is good

It is a hot or miss place. Sometimes the food and service are Great and other times it is just ok.

The pizza was good - it was the service that was confusing! It might have been a couple of trainees but it wasn't just me, three other people at the pickup counter were having difficulties with their orders. But like I said - the pizza was good!

Great food and environment. We had Four Cheese Ravioli, Lasagna, and Anna Maria Chicken. Was delicious! The waitress's service was not as expected: delays in taking the empty dishes, the candle from the birthday cake was not lighten up, she prolonged to bring the check. All in all, we had a good time.

I get takeout here fairly often. The food and the prices are good, so I'll keep coming back. One knock on them though is that they never get the order quite right. I've gotten the wrong meal, missing dressings, no rolls, incorrect sides, always something different is off. Still, meals are solid and inexpensive, so will probably keep returning.

Food was as expected. Maybe terribly understaffed; e.g. no hostess to seat customers which resulted in a sizable group of people waiting about 20 min at the front door without any idea what was going on

I ordered the Farmhouse salad with chicken. Everything was reasonably prepared and the service was fine. The ingredients were fresh except for the tiny tomatoes that were rubbery and mostly tasteless which I associate with gas ripening. Prices are reasonable and the menu is what you'd expect for a chain Italian restaurant. If that's what you're looking for then you'll be satisfied with Bertucci's. If you want more interesting fare then I suggest you keep looking.

Some new menu items might help.Waitresses are extremely nice. There is limited parking available.

Awful experience dining in here, I order a lasagna, I received a OLD COLD lasagna ( for a supposed brick oven lasagna) the meat was old, very old taste. My partner order pasta and chicken, I took a bite, pasta was reheated also the chicken, looked like a fried stemmed microwave chicken, and not fresh. Think 100 times before dining here. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this experience really requires one. How can you serve so old food to people?

Family friendly restaurant that was reasonably priced with good food. We were happy that we were given this as a recommendation.

Great kid-friendly place

We love Bertucci's. However, the chef who cooked our chicken pacata SO WATERY and shrimp scampi just so bland - you should resign. We are extremely unhappy. MILLER'S ale house is better. I am giving one star because of your night shift Chef. Ordered 6.6.2018

Love their pizza. We ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one hamburger, both were delicious. We also ordered 2 salads that were very good

Very good pizza nice place to take your family after a weekend outing or after church plenty of tvs nice bar good waiters if you love pizza hit this spot personally they are my favorite pizza place to eat gas stoves will never compare to that brick oven taste married with their rustic pizza sauce.

This is my second time, but different cities and I choose this location because is close to my house and I have to be honest, doesn't matter which one you pick because they all good, the hot bread that they serve before the real order comes in it's amazing and the food good as could be. I will definitely come back again.

Great food and I love the meatballs. Last couple times I went there on Friday nights was not extremely crowded but long wait for pizza waitstaff was great explaining kitchen backed up from lots of take out Uber eats grub hub etc deliveries and great economic times. My pizza was a little burnt took an hour to get but I was hungry and ate it and meatballs were fabulous. I will miss this place if it closes I hope they get it all straightened out soon. again waitstaff was excellent

Normally I like to support small local business but we decided to get bertuccis because my daughter loves the bread rolls. We ordered a large margarita pizza and paid 22 or 24 dollars for it, and got it to go. And I asked for extra rolls and there was a huge deal made about how they only give four rolls per order. I had to request oil because they never gave it to me. But the biggest disappointment is that when we opened the pizza at home there was a huge lack of ingredients. There was barely mozzarella and probably not even one whole leaf of chopped basil. We used to love bertuccis and I was super dissatisfied and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to waste their money on bertuccis after this experience. I understand everyone is trying to survive during times like this and everyone is stressed but we wanted to support a local business and this is just not how you do it.

I would give it 0 stars if I could...not bad enough we had to fly to Boston for a funeral with young kids but my wife and my almost 1 year old baby tested positive for the shiga toxin. aka E. coli bacteria. We are not sure if it was from the salad or the meatballs. And yes we know the date and we know it was there since nobody had time to eat the rest of the day...we flew up the morning of the wake. My wife got sick hours after eating there. Another family member threw up that night thank God since it might have got the bad stuff out of her body. Much of the family thought the food was terrible and some was sent back. BTW as for an Italian place the meatballs should be better than Subway.

I go in to pick up my $22 pizza. Nobody is therr to attend me for 2 minutes. My pizza sitting there getting cold. Someone comes along but picks up the phone instead and argues with some unhappy customer for 4 minutes, my pizza getting colder. She gives me my order. I ask "where's my salad?" She spins around and grabs salad and puts it down. I found out later there was no dressing for my caesar salad. When i i t back to car, 6 minutes have been wasted. By the time i get home the pizza is dry and cool. Not acceptable. Maybe for dominos. But not a $22 pizza.

Heading home to NY after a weekend in Boston. We wanted Italian so we googled and found this place. Great parking lot easy in/out. No wait and the service was exceptional. The bread and olive oil was amazingly tasty!!!. We would deffinantely come back.

Not only was the food great, but so was the service! Our server was Erick and he was really on top of it! It’s refreshing to have such exceptional servers these days. Way to go Bertuccis! I will be back!

Great pizzas, very friendly staff.

Came here for a special event and the staff were all super friendly and very accommodating. We tried many of the new items on menu, including some of the new pizzas. Everything was delicious. I would definitely return for a regular visit and to try some more food!

I just did a take out order and unfortunately my chicken was not cooked through in my chicken parm dish. I am not coming back to this location as it is the 2nd time this has happened. Please cook your food all the way through. And to add insult to Injury- the rolls were so stale. Never again.

Good Bertucci's experience. Only 22 minutes from downtown Boston. Pleasant staff, quick service. Parking lot is a super plus. Visitors using GPS traveling on the Pike, just know that for those unfamiliar with the area, Exit 17 is one of the craziest exits and entrances to the Mass Pike. It's basically a huge rotary with multiple lanes. Pay attention to the signs.

This pizza is incredible. Tastes so fresh. I LOVED EVERYTHING about it. The service was great and the food was amazing. I will come back over and over. My family loved it too. Highly Recommended !!

Always seems understaffed and the staff that are there are overworked. Good Italian menu.

One of the nicer visits at Bertucci’s, love the bar set up and the food ! Can’t get over the bread & oil they give you as an appetizer...Had my car getting work done at the Sunoco across the street, grabbed a cup of coffee at Starbucks and finished it off w/ some lunch! Had a great and welcoming experience with the staff and bartender as well. I’ll be back!

Great food, AMAZING bread before even getting food. Brings me back to when I’d go to my local Bertucci’s as a kid with my dad. A+

Always have had a great meal at this restaurant. Stopped the other day and my lobster ravioli was cold. My grandkids meal was also cold. I won't go again.
